What types of organisations do you typically work with? +

We work with mid-sized Malaysian organisations across financial services, research-intensive sectors, and companies deploying customer-facing AI. Our engagements are suited to teams that have existing data but lack internal AI expertise to act on it. We don't require enterprise-scale operations — a focused dataset and a clear problem are enough to begin.

How does the engagement process work from start to finish? +

We begin with a scoping conversation — usually one or two sessions — to understand your data environment and your goals. Once we agree on scope, we send a brief engagement letter and begin work. Milestone check-ins happen at regular intervals so you're always aware of progress. Deliverables are documented and handed over with context, not just code or reports.

What data access will you need from us? +

This depends on the service. For Knowledge Graph Construction and Fraud Pattern Analysis, we'll need read access to representative data samples — we discuss data handling agreements and anonymisation approaches before any transfer. For the AI Ethics Review, we primarily need access to documentation, model outputs, and relevant process information rather than raw personal data.

Are the prices listed the full cost? +

The prices listed represent our standard engagement fees. Complex data environments or unusually large datasets may affect scope and therefore cost — we discuss this transparently before any agreement is made. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and subject to applicable SST.

What happens after an engagement ends? +

All deliverables — models, documentation, reports — belong to you. We include a handover session to walk your team through the work so it doesn't sit unused. For organisations who want ongoing support, we can discuss a separate maintenance or monitoring arrangement after the main engagement concludes.

Do you work with organisations outside Kuala Lumpur? +

Yes. Most of our collaboration happens remotely, so geography within Malaysia is not a constraint. We do recommend at least one in-person session at the start of an engagement for larger projects — we're happy to travel within Peninsular Malaysia for this.
